Junior / Senior QC Engineer – Dish Ends Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection of Dish Ends manufactured through Hot Forming, Cold Forming, and Spinning processes.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, IBR, ISO 9001, customer specifications, and approved quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, PI Tape, Radius Gauges, etc.
• Review Material Test Certificates (MTC), WPS/PQR, NDT reports, and quality documentation.
• Prepare inspection reports, Quality Records, NCRs, CAPA, and maintain traceability documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Support customer inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control within Dish Ends, Pressure Vessels, Heavy Fabrication, or Process Equipment manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of ASME, IBR, ISO 9001, Engineering Drawings, GD&T, and inspection techniques.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
