Junior Sales Manager

Fusion Doors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
• Meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and dealers to promote Fusion Doors products.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in
• Doors, Interiors, Building Materials, Hardware, Plywood, Laminates, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Graduation preferred.
