Job Title: Junior IT Recruiter

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and engage quality IT talent across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality and timely closures.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech (Mandatory).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, or Full Stack.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
