Job Title: Junior Product Executive

Location: Pune (On-site)

Experience: 0–1 Year

CTC: ₹3–6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Quality teams to understand business requirements and translate them into product features.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI screens using Figma.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of product designs.
• Assist in planning and documenting product requirements for internal platforms and mobile applications.
• Use Google Gemini and AI tools to accelerate product research, documentation, and ideation.
• Gather user feedback and support continuous product improvements.
• Maintain clear product documentation, feature specifications, and design assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Product Management, UI/UX, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for designing wireframes and UI screens.
• Working knowledge of Google Gemini and AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is a plus.
