Junior Marketing Executive – Fextons Conference

Fextons runs an industry conference and is hiring a Marketing Executive to help plan and run the marketing behind it. You'll report to the Marketing Lead and work directly on the email, social, and content campaigns that bring delegates to the event. This is a junior-to-mid role, not a leadership position — we're looking for someone who can take a campaign and run it, not someone who needs everything mapped out first.

What You'll Do

• Plan and send email campaigns to drive conference sign-ups.
• Manage our social media content and posting schedule.
• Keep the contact database organised and segmented for targeted outreach.
• Track which campaigns are working and report the numbers back.
• Coordinate with sales so messaging to prospects stays consistent.

What You Should Have

• Strong writing — you'll be drafting copy people actually read.
• Working knowledge of an email platform (e.g. Mail chimp) and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage your own workload without close supervision.
