Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year of experience

Qualification: Any Degree

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Willing to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with the HR team for joining formalities.
• Support other HR and administrative activities when required.
