Junior Full Stack Developer (Immediate Joiner)

Experience: Relevant 1–2 Years

Location: IBN Technologies Ltd , Pune

Joining: Immediate (Max 15 days)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Python, Django, React, and MySQL. The role involves working on live applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern development practices, including AI-assisted development tools.

Must-Have Skills

•

Strong proficiency in Python

•

Backend development experience using Django

•

Frontend development using React.js

•

Working knowledge of MySQL (queries, joins, schema design) & database Design

•

REST API development and integration

•

Familiarity with Git / version control systems

•

Ability to debug, test, and optimize applications

•

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

•

Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude or Cursor

•

Basic understanding of AI/ML or LLM-based workflows

•

Exposure to Docker or cloud platforms

•

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

•

Worked on Modern SAAS CRM or other products

Key Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain backend services using Python & Django

•

Build responsive and reusable UI components using React

•

Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases

•

Integrate frontend components with backend APIs

•

Write clean, secure, and well-documented code

•

Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and product teams

•

Use AI tools responsibly to improve development productivity

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field

•

1–2 years of hands-on relevant experience in full stack or backend/frontend development

•

Experience working on live or production projects

•

Immediate joiner or available within 15 days
