We are hiring a Junior Front-End Developer & Platform QA Engineer to support the development, UI/UX improvement, and testing of our finance technology platform.

Our platform supports clients, brokers, lenders, and internal staff through digital application forms, portals, document workflows, lender matching, authentication, and operational dashboards. This role combines front-end development with hands-on platform testing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building user interfaces and carefully checking that real workflows work properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve front-end features across React-based portal applications
• Create clean, responsive, user-friendly UI for forms, dashboards, workflows, and internal tools
• Work with designers, product leads, and developers to improve UI/UX quality
• Test client, broker, lender, and staff workflows across desktop and mobile
• Check forms, validation, uploads, login/session flows, application status flows, and dashboard behaviour
• Reproduce bugs, write clear bug reports, and verify fixes
• Run browser-based regression testing before releases
• Help create QA checklists and test cases for key platform journeys
• Support automated testing where appropriate using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library
• Review UI consistency, spacing, responsiveness, accessibility basics, and error states

About You

• 0-2 years’ experience in front-end development, QA testing, or a similar role
• Good understanding of React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Comfortable testing web apps carefully and documenting issues clearly
• Eye for layout, spacing, usability, and small UI details
• Able to follow existing design patterns and improve consistency across screens
• Basic understanding of APIs, browser dev tools, Git, and responsive design
• Familiarity with Figma is helpful
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library is a bonus
• Strong written English communication
• Comfortable working with a remote Sydney-based product and engineering team

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
