Role Description This full-time Junior Digital Marketing role is an on-site position based in Thane. The role involves assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search. The junior team member will help create and schedule content, track campaign performance using web analytics tools, and support online brand visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams for content and campaign requirements, updating digital assets, preparing basic performance reports, and ensuring that all messaging aligns with Nexfore Consulting’s services in safety and consulting. The role also requires clear communication, proactive coordination, and a willingness to learn and apply new digital marketing tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including basic knowledge of campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to assist in creating, posting, and monitoring content across platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret basic metrics and support performance reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams and contribute to clear, professional messaging.
• Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Thane, able to collaborate within a team, and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Familiarity with common digital tools (such as social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design or content tools) is beneficial.
