Junior Accountant

About Us

We are a growing accounting and financial services firm serving clients under the Infoaccts brand. Our clientele includes businesses in the Wellness/Meditation and F&B/Restaurant sectors. We are currently hiring an Fresher or two years experience in bookkeeping and accounting to independently manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely financials, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Accounting: Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, ledgers, and finalization of accounts.
• Client Management: Independently manage accounting for up to 5 clients per month.
• Tax & Compliance: Assiting in preparing Tax filing
• Monthly Reporting: Assist in month end closing
• Audit Support: Coordinate and assist in statutory/internal audits.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong, professional client relationships and act as the key point of contact.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in client-servicing roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Excel.
• Working knowledge of UAE FTA regulations VAT & Corporate Tax Filling | also GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations.
• Must be based in Goa
• Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA
• Strong communication, time management, and multi-client handling skills.
