Junior Accountant

• Position:* Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting data.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams when required.
• Generate MIS reports and other financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Salary:* As per industry standards (based on experience).
