Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at iPartner India Trust in Uniara, District-Tonk, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate financial records at the field office in Uniara. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our mission of serving the unserved.
Responsibilities
- Verify and review vendor’s bills, purchases, staff claims, process invoices, receipts, payments and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software “Zoho Books”, and should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ensure compliance with the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) for any payments made out of FCRA funds (foreign donations received) and Local Funds and donations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 0-3 year experience working as an Accountant, preferably in a charitable trust or non-profit organization.
- Strong understanding of Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, TDS Regulations and FCRA compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Type of Contract: Fixed-term annual contract, renewable based on performance.
- Salary: 20,000/month
- Travel: Travel to other states as and when required.
