Arthace is a modern accounting software built to make bookkeeping simple for growing businesses. We're expanding across Surat, with a strong focus on the textile industry, and we're helping local businesses move from old, complicated tools onto a faster, easier system.

We're an early-stage team, which means you'll join at the ground floor and grow as we grow.

The Role

Most businesses want to switch to better software but worry about the effort of learning something new and moving their data over. That's where you come in.

You'll become an expert in Arthace (full training provided), then work directly with our clients - visiting their office, helping them set up, moving their data across, and training their team until they're comfortable using Arthace on their own. You'll also help us win new customers by demoing the product and answering their questions.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role, perfect for someone who knows accounting and enjoys helping others.

What You'll Do

• Learn Arthace inside out (we train you fully)
• Visit client offices across Surat to set them up and migrate their data
• Train client teams to use Arthace and switch smoothly from their old software (like Tally)
• Provide onboarding support of up to ~7 days per new client (usually 2–3 visits) so they get comfortable fast
• Support sales - give product demos and help convert new leads (mostly textile businesses)
• Share client feedback with our product team to make Arthace better

Who We're Looking For

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent accounting background - freshers are welcome to apply
• Understanding of basic accounting (invoicing, ledgers, GST, etc.)
• Comfortable learning new software and explaining it to others clearly
• Good spoken Gujarati and Hindi (you'll work closely with local business owners)
• Patient, presentable, and a good communicator - this is a client-facing role
• Willing to travel to client offices within Surat

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software
• Own two-wheeler for client visits
• Own laptop

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
