Job Description & Responsibilities

Hiring: Jr. Supply Chain Executive | Mumbai | Textile Industry

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: 6-days working in a week with 2nd & 4th Saturdays and all Sundays as weekly offs.

Timings: 10.00 am- 6.30 pm

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate dispatch activities, purchase orders, and transporter arrangements.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Assist in production planning and scheduling.
Maintain invoices, dispatch records, and ERP/MS Excel data.
Monitor inventory and stock levels.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams.
Prepare supply chain performance reports.
Resolve inventory, dispatch, and supply chain-related issues.
Knowledge of fabric and trims will be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce.
3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain/Dispatch.
Experience in the Textile Industry is mandatory.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work under pressure.
