About the Role

TDIT is looking for a motivated Junior SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and is eager to build hands-on experience across technical SEO, link building, content optimization, and performance tracking.

You will work closely with our SEO specialists, content writers, developers, and project managers to improve the search visibility of our clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-page and technical SEO recommendations.
• Perform keyword research and monitor keyword rankings.
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, directory submissions, and other white-hat link-building techniques.
• Identify and secure guest posting opportunities on relevant websites.
• Conduct website audits to identify SEO issues and recommend improvements.
• Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and page structure.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Track backlinks, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and competitor performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Knowledge of technical SEO concepts.
• Experience with backlink building and off-page SEO.
• Understanding of guest posting and outreach strategies.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for implementing SEO changes.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, UberSuggest, Moz, or similar.
• Ability to perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve SEO workflows.
• Experience with schema markup and structured data.
• SEO certification is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization is desirable.
