Jr. Full Stack Developer

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer MERN Stack with 1-3 years of experience to join our team The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end development with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB Express js React js and Node js Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop test and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN Stack Design and build interactive responsive user interfaces using React js Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node js Express js Work with MongoDB for database design queries and data modeling Collaborate with UI UX designers product managers and other developers Optimize applications for maximum speed performance and scalability Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire stack Write clean reusable and documented code Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes Required Skills Qualifications1-3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack MongoDB Express js React js Node js Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6 HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with Redux or other state management libraries Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming Experience with Git GitHub for version control Understanding of database design and cloud deployment AWS Azure or similar Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with TypeScript Knowledge of CI CD tools Experience with testing frameworks like Jest Mocha or Cypress Understanding of microservices architecture Knowledge of Docker or containerization tools Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or equivalent practical experience
