Jr. Executive – Business Development (Part Time

Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential customers from industries such as:
• Data Centres
• Telecom
• UPS & Power Backup
• Solar & Renewable Energy
• Electric Vehicle Companies & Battery Companies
• Infrastructure & Construction
• Export Market Distributors and Importers
• Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other Ai based sources.
• Collect and verify contact details of decision-makers.

Customer Outreach

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.

Meeting Coordination

• Schedule meetings between prospective customers and the sales/business development team.
• Maintain a calendar of appointments and follow-ups.
• Send meeting confirmations and reminders.

CRM & Reporting

• Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Prepare weekly reports on:
• Leads generated
• Calls made
• Meetings scheduled
• Follow-up activities

Market Research

• Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Track competitors and potential target accounts.

Must Have Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over phone.
• Good internet research skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office + Outlook and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Using Ai Websites like ChatGPT, Appollo.io, Claude, Perplexity etc.
• Should be able to manage social media posts and social media pages independently
