Jr. AI Engineer

Knowledgeflex is looking for a talented and enthusiastic AI Engineers to join our team and build next‑generation AI capabilities for our Video Management System (VMS). If you love working with LLMs, multimodal models, video generation, embeddings, and GPU‑based inference, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Build & fine‑tune AI/ML models for video generation, summarization, tagging, and object detection
• Develop multimodal pipelines (text + image + video)
• Integrate AI models into VMS workflows (frame extraction, scene analysis, event detection)
• Work with Ollama, RunPod, NVIDIA GPUs, Python workers
• Optimize model performance, inference speed, and accuracy
• Collaborate with backend teams to deliver production‑ready APIs

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, FFmpeg
• Hands‑on with LLMs, diffusion models, embeddings, vector DBs
• Experience with GPU inference (CUDA) and cloud GPU platforms
• Knowledge of model fine‑tuning (LoRA/QLoRA)

Good to Have

• Experience with VMS or surveillance systems
• MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes

Experience : 1-3 Years (Excluding Internship Experience)

Salary Range : 3.5-6.5 LPA
