About the Role

BPAC India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience in bookkeeping, and proficiency in Tally to support the company's day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
• Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or higher in Accounting/Finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
