Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally. Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and the showroom is clean and organized. Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and promotions. Follow company SOPs, billing procedures, inventory handling, and security guidelines. Support stock verification, inventory management, and showroom operations as required.
