Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Full Stack Trainer role based in Bengaluru. The trainer is responsible for designing and delivering classroom training on Java full stack technologies, including core Java, backend frameworks, frontend development, and related tools. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive sessions, guiding learners through hands-on projects, and providing constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. The role also involves updating course content to match industry trends, mentoring learners on interview preparation and career paths, and collaborating with the academy team to improve training quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in core Java, object-oriented programming, and Java-based backend frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).
• Candidates should possess skills in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Candidates should possess proficiency in database concepts, SQL, and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools, and basic DevOps or deployment practices.
• Candidates should possess strong training, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner.
• Relevant experience as a trainer, mentor, or senior developer in Java full stack development is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, support diverse learner needs, and maintain an inclusive learning environment.
