SMARTANK Business Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading client for the position of Java Full Stack Technical Lead / Consultant. We are looking for an experienced full-stack professional with strong expertise in Java Full Stack Development, cloud-native technologies, modern frontend frameworks, and AI-enabled software development.

Primary Skill: Java Full Stack Development

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end software applications.

Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, and/or Python.

Develop modern frontend applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Design and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Build and deploy cloud-native applications using modern development practices.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.

Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into software applications.

Implement RAG-based features where relevant.

Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to ensure seamless AI integration.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.

Required Skills

7.5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot, .NET/C#, and/or Python.

Strong experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.

Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Strong understanding of REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

Experience with cloud-native development.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Practical knowledge of AI concepts and their limitations, with a focus on application integration rather than model training.

Experience integrating AI services and APIs into applications.

Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with Angular, React.js, and Spring Boot.

Experience implementing RAG-based features.

Experience using AI coding copilots and LLM tools for software development.

Experience working with AI-native specialists and architecture teams.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 15 years of full-time education is preferred.
