Role Description

• We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with 5 plus years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications within the Commercial Banking domain.
• The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in building secure and high performing backend services along with responsive frontend applications.
• The role involves contributing to the development of applications across domains such as lending, payments, treasury services, customer onboarding, trade finance, risk management, and digital banking platforms.
• The candidate will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver quality solutions while following engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React and integrate them with backend services.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end to end application solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions, technical estimations, and sprint planning activities.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding standards.
• Support performance tuning, debugging, and resolution of issues across development and production environments.
• Contribute to CI CD pipelines and support automated build and deployment processes.
• Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain proper technical documentation.
