Job Responsibilities
Must have experience in handling iPhone, and iPad Gadgets issues (mail configuration, MS teams).
Basic M365 Suit Knowledge.
Blue screen issue, storage issue, etc.
To analyze the hardware issues and rectify the with the help of the vendor.
To support in setting up the meeting rooms for Video conferences and other Presentations Connectivity.
AV setup support for Town hall Meetings (large scale of 200 users).
