Role: L1 Security Support

Location: Cilegon (Onsite)

Contract: 20-month contract

Start: 1 August 2026

End: 31 March 2028

Working Hours

Onsite support (Weekdays): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Remote support (Weekends): 24-hour on-call/remote support

Ideal Candidate

1–2 years of IT Security or Security Operations experience

Basic knowledge of

Security monitoring

Incident handling

Antivirus / EDR

Firewalls

SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel)

Windows & Linux administration

Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
