36 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.Strong experience in IT Contract Staffing, including hiring for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and time-bound project requirements.Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate engagement.Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendor networks to fulfill contract staffing requirements.Ability to manage multiple contract positions simultaneously and meet aggressive hiring timelines.Strong knowledge of IT skills, market trends, and salary benchmarking for contract roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
