- Role: End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, familiarity with technical skillsets and hiring platforms.
Junior IT Recruiter
- Role: Assist in IT talent acquisition, manage job postings, initial screenings, and candidate coordination.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related fields.
Senior Non-IT Recruiter
- Role: Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles across domains, strategize sourcing and engage with stakeholders.
- Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment with proven expertise in volume and niche hiring.
Junior Non-IT Recruiter
- Role: Support recruitment activities, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Requirements: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
