Open Positions:

Senior IT Recruiter

• Role: End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, familiarity with technical skillsets and hiring platforms.

Junior IT Recruiter

• Role: Assist in IT talent acquisition, manage job postings, initial screenings, and candidate coordination.
• Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related fields.

Senior Non-IT Recruiter

• Role: Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles across domains, strategize sourcing and engage with stakeholders.
• Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment with proven expertise in volume and niche hiring.

Junior Non-IT Recruiter

• Role: Support recruitment activities, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Requirements: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Source candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Skills:

• For IT Recruiters: Understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT tools.
• For Non-IT Recruiters: Expertise in volume hiring, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
