Investor Relations Intern – Finzace Wealth (Bengaluru)

About the Role

Join Finzace Wealth as an Investor Relations Intern and be the first point of contact for investors across investment products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, Gold, and Fixed Deposits.

Key Responsibilities

Handle investor queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

Explain product features, risks, and investment processes clearly.

Assist investors throughout their investment journey.

Share customer FAQs and insights with the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the user experience.

What We're Looking For

NISM Series V-A Certification (Mandatory)

Strong communication skills with clarity of thought and empathy.

Good understanding of investment instruments.

Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of finance is preferred.

Internship Details

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week

Shift: 8:30 am to 5:30pm

Stipend: ₹6,000–₹8,000 per month

Performance Incentive: ₹2,000–₹10,000 per month

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): ₹3–5 LPA (based on performance)
