Inventory and Accounts Manager (Warehouse)

Role Description The Inventory and Accounts Manager (Warehouse) is a full-time, on-site role based in Sankrail, responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory, stock controls, and related accounting activities. This role manages daily inventory reconciliation, monitors stock levels, supervises goods receipt and dispatch, and ensures accurate documentation in inventory management systems and financial records. The position includes coordinating with production, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock, prevent variances, and support timely shipments. The manager prepares regular inventory and accounts reports, assists with audits, enforces safety and compliance procedures, and drives process improvements for efficiency and cost control. The role also involves leading warehouse staff, assigning tasks, training team members, and maintaining orderly, compliant warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory management, warehouse operations, and stock control skills, with experience in high-volume manufacturing or export environments.
• Proficiency in accounting practices related to inventory, including ledger entries, reconciliations, cost tracking, and support for audits.
• Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management software, MS Excel, and data analysis for reporting and variance investigation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities with production, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Solid understanding of documentation, compliance, and quality standards relevant to industrial manufacturing and export operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Demonstrated people management skills, including team supervision, workload planning, and performance monitoring in a warehouse setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in LPG, industrial manufacturing, or engineering-driven environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with ISO-certified operations.
