a. To record accounting transactions in quick books software

• Receipts
• Payments
• Journals and Expenses
• Finalization entries

b. To report financials on a monthly basis to management at OMAN

c. To prepare receipts for cash and bank and ensure cash deposition on daily basis

d. To prepare and maintain bank books, bank statements and bank reconciliations, up-to date on a daily basis

e. To ensure and act as keeper of all the accounting documents and related evidences

f. To prepare and maintain stock statement vs items prescribed for canteen, maintenance etc

g. To ensure timely payment for insurance cover of ashram assets

h. To prepare, maintain and update on daily basis fixed assets register of the Ashram

i. To control and ensure safety of ashram's fixed assets

j. To report to Resident Director for all operational items and to functionally report and be responsible to management at OMAN

k. To track attendance of staff, work out pay and facilitate timely payment post approvals of salaries

i. To prepare and send payroll for PF compliance, ensure timely PF payment and PF return filing through PF consultant

m. To prepare and submit necessary documents for statutory audit and get books audited

n. To provide information, documents etc and ensure that ROC compliances through CS are doen in time

o. To provide information, documents etc for timely FCRA compliance

p. To prepare and update ashram's old age people and school registers

q. To work and report to consulting firm Gautam Joshi & Co. LLP, (externally) under their role for above tasks
