International Sales Executive

Role Description- The International Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new international business opportunities for Cogmex Technologies. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients across multiple regions. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with key accounts, collaborating with internal marketing and operations teams to align client solutions, and tracking sales performance against targets. The International Sales Executive will be expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong international sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
• Proficiency in consultative selling, proposal creation, and contract negotiation with global clients.
• Knowledge of BPO, outsourcing models, and service delivery processes, especially in customer service and back-office operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in international sales in BPO sectors is highly beneficial.
