It requires active bidding on project marketplaces and guiding buyers from their first message to a finished contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate international business through Upwork, Freelancer, and other online bidding platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients for IT services.
• Prepare proposals, submit bids, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in International Business Development for an IT service company.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, MERN Stack, PHP/Laravel, or other IT services is preferred.
