💼 Position: Internal Audit Associate

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance)

Eligibility

✔️ CA Final (Pursuing)

✔️ CA Final Dropout

✔️ CA Inter (Candidates with relevant Internal Audit experience)

Preference will be given to candidates pursuing the Chartered Accountancy course.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Internal Audits across various industries
• Review internal controls and operational processes
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare audit observations and reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, SOPs, and internal policies
• Interact with client management and assist in audit discussions

Desired Skills

✔️ Strong accounting and auditing fundamentals

✔️ Good knowledge of Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, and Internal Controls

✔️ Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and MS Office

✔️ Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills

✔️ Willingness to travel for client assignments
