Intern - Operations and Business Development

Role Overview

The Business Development & Operations Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across both sales and operations within a fast-evolving financial technology environment, supporting investor outreach, deal execution, and day-to-day business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to drive investor outreach and engagement.
• Generate, qualify, and build prospect lists across target segments such as IFAs, RIAs, HNIs, and family offices.
• Maintain MIS across active deals and investment portfolios.
• Handle end-to-end KYC processes and documentation.
• Support deal curation by organizing data, tracking progress, and identifying gaps.
• Assist in day-to-day business operations and coordination across teams.

• Currently pursuing anything related to finance
