Accountabilities

The Intermediate Accountant will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Process invoices, payments, and expense claims efficiently.

Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist with preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounting documentation.

Prepare individual income tax returns and support entity tax return preparation.

Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including BAS, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
