Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in the Plastic/Injection Moulding industry to drive business growth, identify new customers, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
• Identify key decision-makers and build customer relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Travel to customer locations for business development activities.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
• Experience in Injection Moulding/Plastic Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of Tooling and Injection Moulding processes.
• Experience in RFQ handling and quotation preparation.
• Strong customer negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel.

Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Polymer Engineering or related field.
