Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Finance

Responsibilities

Support Blackline as part of Finance Transformation initiatives, ensuring stable production support, reconciliation processes, system administration, and continuous improvement across finance close operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and production support for Blackline
  • Resolve missing GL entries, payment failures, access issues, and account sync issues
  • Support cash reconciliation and financial close activities
  • Monitor Blackline–ERP integrations, especially Oracle
  • Coordinate with finance, IT, and support teams for issue resolution
  • Support enhancements, testing, and change requests through SNOW
  • Maintain support documentation and process knowledge

Mandatory skill sets

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Blackline support or finance systems support
  • Good understanding of R2R and financial close processes
  • Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and user access support
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations, preferably Oracle
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

Preferred skill sets

  • MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management
  • Functional troubleshooting
  • Incident management

  • BE/B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech/ MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management
