NorthStar Technologies is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong domestic IT sales experience who are looking to build a career in international B2B sales and work with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales for IT Solutions, AI Solutions, ERP, and CRM offerings.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver the best customer experience.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of proven B2B IT sales experience.
• Mandatory experience selling IT Solutions, AI Solutions, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good domestic IT sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates will have the opportunity to work with international clients and gain exposure to global sales.

• Only candidates currently residing in Mumbai should apply.
