We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst for a leading MNC in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: Up to ₹20–25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technology teams for security assessments as part of BAU processes.
• Work with Technology Asset Owners (TAOs) to assess and implement security controls.
• Perform security assessments to identify risks and ensure compliance as per SOPs.
• Track remediation activities and follow through until closure.
• Conduct periodic compliance assessments proactively.
• Manage JIRA workflow tickets and maintain BAU operations.
• Prepare and maintain knowledge documentation in Confluence/Collaborate.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Communicate assessment findings and remediation plans with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Technology Risk Management (TRM), IT Audit, Cybersecurity, or Information Security.
• Good understanding of IT compliance, audit, and regulatory processes.
• Knowledge of technology risk management principles, internal controls, and security frameworks.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and/or Archer.
• Functional knowledge of:
• Windows/Unix Operating Systems
• Databases & Networks
• Firewalls, LDAP, Active Directory, Cloud Technologies
• Authentication, Authorization, APIs
• Logging & Monitoring
• Application Architecture & Design
• Data Classification & Application Criticality
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project Management experience is an added advantage.

Education

• Degree or Diploma in IT or a related Technology stream.
• Industry-recognized certifications in Microsoft, Cloud, IT Security, or related technologies are preferred.
