We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Lead. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and mentor the finance team, drive operational excellence, and provide critical financial guidance to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the use of financial software/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics / Business central is preferred.
