Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML & GenAI Developer to design and develop advanced machine learning models and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks and model development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business use cases

Build scalable machine learning models using structured and unstructured data

Work on end-to-end ML lifecycle including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions

Optimize model performance and improve accuracy using advanced techniques

Experiment with cutting-edge GenAI technologies and frameworks

Develop APIs and services to integrate ML models into applications

Participate in code reviews, model reviews, and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of experience in AI/ML development or related field

Robust programming skills in Python and Core Java

Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks

TensorFlow

Keras

Scikit-learn

XGBoost

MXNet

H2O.ai

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling

Experience in building and deploying production-grade ML models

Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, etc.)

Experience working in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Familiarity with big data tools and distributed computing

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
