Incubation / Operation Manager - Sriif (India)

Designation & Position overview

• Incubation / Operation Manager – SRIIF
• The Incubation / Operations Manager will execute all incubation programs, support start-ups, manage infrastructure, coordinates mentorship and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate start up onboarding, documentation and milestone planning.
• Track progress and compile performance reports for internal review meetings.
• Organize workshops, hackathons, industry talks and innovation outreach activities.
• Support startups with grant applications, IP support coordination and regulatory navigation.
• Collaborate with university faculty and student entrepreneurship bodies as per plan devised / approved by CEO advisory counsel.
• Maintain incubator facilities, co-working spaces and resource allocation.

Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Engineering / Science / Healthcare / Business or related fields.

Experience

• 2 - 5 Years of experience in innovation, research, startup support or incubation ecosystems is preferable.
• Solid program coordination and documentation skills is required.
• Ability to engage with start-ups, faculty and ecosystem partners.
