Job Introduction
The Incident Response Analyst role offers an opportunity to support global clients in managing data breach and incident response activities. This position involves working with sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and quality delivery.
- Shift Timing: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (5 days work from office)
- Location: Gurgaon
- Perks & Benefits: Transport facility provided
- Salary: 26.7K per month
- Duration: 3 month
- The contract may be extended based on individual performance and business requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work as a subject matter expert on Data Breach Analysis [DBA], review and management for US, UK, and other jurisdiction clients for India Delivery centres.
- Identify/capture personal information within electronically stored documents. Examples include:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Personal Health Information (PHI).
- Payment Card Information (PCI).
- Ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Work on client system through remote access.
- Maintains confidentiality of all organization and client information.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and partner organizations.
- Ability to priorities between multiple complex projects/timelines.
- Good in written and Verbal communication.
- Responsible to ensure accurate time tracking.
- Good decision-making ability.
- Knowledge in Excel will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Candidates with demonstrated experience in Data Breach Response, or Incident Response will be preferred.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in breach notification and privacy laws around data breach scenarios is desirable but not must.
Qualification & Experience
•Any graduate or post graduate • Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Fresh graduates or postgraduates may apply.
- Candidates must possess all required graduation or post‑graduation degree certificates, or official provisional/probation certificate issued by the respective university or institution at the time of joining.
Working Condition
- Should be ready to stretch beyond regular hours.
- FTH - Duration will be dependent on project requirement/availability.
- Should be willing to travel on business for short and long durations readily.
- All specific company policies to apply without exception.
- Compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 guidelines
