Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Sourcing (SCM) to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and SAP within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new vendors for BOM and Non-BOM parts.
• Manage RFQs, vendor onboarding, and supplier evaluation.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Perform cost optimization and risk mitigation activities.
• Maintain purchase planning parameters in SAP.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage logistics contracts and job work agreements.
• Track supplier quality, delivery performance, and cost metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports on sourcing, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
