IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its technology team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Cloud Computing, DevOps Engineering, CI/CD Automation, Kubernetes, AWS, Release Engineering, and Infrastructure Automation.

The selected candidate will work closely with application development teams to build deployment pipelines, automate cloud infrastructure, improve monitoring systems, resolve production issues, and support enterprise-scale banking applications.

• Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain source code versioning for enterprise applications.
• Develop deployment pipelines using GoCD.
• Automate application deployments on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents.

Distributed & Cloud Computing

• Improve deployment automation and release management processes.
• Enhance monitoring and observability systems.
• Create technical documentation for automation and monitoring tools.
• Support application deployment and production stability.
• Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams.
• Lead release engineering activities across the DevOps lifecycle.
