Human Resources Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring lifecycle for candidates, from interview scheduling through onboarding for successful hires across experienced/lateral, internal, and campus channels.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely, accurate progression of candidates and a seamless Day 1 readiness.
• Review recruiter work products for quality and control adherence, validating eligibility checks prior to Referral Award approval.
• Identify and implement process improvement solutions that elevate the global TA Support and streamline end to end operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support.
• Strong attention to detail with a controls mindset; ability to validate documentation and compliance steps.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills; proactive problem solver focused on continuous improvement.
