Human Resources Manager

Company Description The dR India has been active in the coating industry as an applicator since 1993 and is NACE certified, serving more than 35 clients with a team of over 600 professionals. The company provides a wide range of industrial coating services, including maintenance and project coatings, wet and slag blasting, specialized coatings, internal and external chimney coating, pipeline internal coating, decorative coating, and floor coating.

Role Description The HR Manager will oversee manpower documentation, compliance with labor laws, co-ordinating with back office, maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll inputs, take clearance from the client, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and apply labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements relevant to industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager, preferably in industrial services, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Comfort working on-site in Jamnagar and collaborating closely with operations, safety, and project management teams.
