• Employee on boarding
• Training and development
• Performance management
• Employee relations management
• Compensation and benefits administration
• HR policy development
• Labor law compliance
• Attendance and leave management
• Payroll , PF ESI
• Workplace discipline management
• Employee engagement activities
• HR records maintenance
• Workforce planning

Requirements

✔1- 2 years of experience working as a HR manager or in a similar position preferred

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Attention to detail

✔ Basic knowledge of HR processes

✔ Experience in payroll & recruitment
