Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal education laws and labor standards.

Maintain meticulous personnel files, ensuring all staff have valid teaching credentials, certifications, background checks (fingerprinting), and health clearances.

Manage annual contract renewals, non-renewals, and salary track movements.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits, workers' compensation, and leaves of absence (FMLA, parental leave).

  • Employee Relations & Culture

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Conduct thorough and objective investigations when personnel issues arise.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture through staff appreciation initiatives and wellness programs.

  • Performance Management & Development

Partner with school leadership to implement and manage the staff evaluation and performance review cycles.

Assist in identifying professional development needs and organizing training sessions (e.g., safety protocols, DEI initiatives, harassment prevention).
