Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations

VT Prime Space specializes in connecting clients with premium villas and investment properties in Jaipur's sought-after locations such as Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar, and Jagatpura. We prioritize verified properties, transparent transactions, and a seamless buying experience for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Human Resources (HR) Executive. The HR Executive will manage HR operations, implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and ensure smooth execution of daily HR activities. The role requires effective communication with employees, collaboration with management on workforce needs, and ensuring best HR practices are upheld.

Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to ensure efficient organizational processes

Strong experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and maintaining compliance

Excellent Employee Relations skills, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment

Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
